We understand that you might be nervous about your appointment and encourage you to discuss your concerns with us. Many of our patients find that asking questions and discussing the procedure in advance goes a long way in alleviating any fears that they might have.


Fear of going to the dentist is quite common and nothing to be ashamed of. We will do everything in our power to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit.

Tips for Easing Anxiety at the Dentist's Office

Write your questions down in advance and discuss them with your dentist.

Bring a friend, a stuffed animal, or a lucky charm to your appointment.

Music can be both calming and distracting bring your phone and headphones to listen to during your procedure. 

Breathe! Slow and focused deep breaths can help you relax and concentrate on your own well-being.

Limit Internet searches to credible information sources before your procedure and be sure to follow-up with questions and answers from your own dentist as well.


Use hand signals to communicate discomfort or the need for reassurance during your procedure. We're always just a friendly pat or squeeze away!
